TJ Hassan spent most of his younger years moving from city to city overseas, until finally settling in the US in 1993. He is the middle child of 7 children of a Microbiologist father and a stay at home mother. TJ worked in corporate management and played music locally with several bands, until he caught the acting bug in 2007 after enrolling in an improvisational class, as means to overcome a fear of public speaking - which he faced due to a recent job promotion. Several staged productions followed including the 3rd Space Theatre production of Chicago Cab (1997) and joining the Atlanta improv comedy troupe "Whole World Theatre". In 2008, Tony Award winning director, Jerry Zaks, cast TJ in the biopic Who Do You Love (2008) as American blues musician, Lonnie Johnson, opposite Alessandro Nivola and Chi McBride. In 2009, TJ decided to leave Corporate America to peruse acting full-time. Shortly after, he landed a recurring role on the Lifetime original series Army Wives (2007) (TV Series) and several bit parts including Lottery Ticket (2010/I) and For Colored Girls (2010). In 2010, he was cast as one of the lead characters in the Comedy Central produced series M'larky (2010) (TV Series) opposite Dan Fogler, Gilbert Gottfried and Jeffrey Ross. He was later offered roles on the ABC Family film My Future Boyfriend (2011) (TV) as Fred Smatters, a Secret Service agent and The Change-Up (2011) opposite Jason Bateman and Ryan Reynolds.

Sebastián Cordero (born May 23, 1972 in Quito, Ecuador) is a film director, writer and editor, often recognized for his work in Ratas, Ratones, Rateros, his debut film which portrays the life in a poverty-stricken Ecuador. His films have been exhibited in festivals such as the Sundance Film Festival and Cannes Film Festival among others. He first became interested in filmmaking when he saw Raiders of the Lost Ark at the age of 9. At the age of 18 he began his studies in film and script making in the University of Southern California. After his graduation he moved back to Ecuador with the idea of filmmaking in a country where there is practically no movie industry. His first movie, Ratas, Ratones, Rateros (1999), led to his first appearance at Venice Film Festival, appearing later in film festivals such as Toronto, San Sebastián and Buenos Aires, and been recognized with awards and honors at Huelva and La Habana film festivals. His second film, Crónicas, was recognized with the Sundance/NHK International Filmmakers Award, and first appeared at Cannes in the Un Certain Regard section in 2004, and was nominated to the Grand Jury Prize at Sundance Film Festival. He was attached to direct the motion picture Manhunt that tells the story of what occurred in the lapse of the 48 hours that followed the assassination of Abraham Lincoln and was to star Harrison Ford. The project was later cancelled. His third film, Rabia is based on a novel from the writer Sergio Bizzio. Now his fourth movie, Pescador is in post-production.
