He was also a founding member of the now-defunct "bagofchips" group, a collective of web cartoonists including Aaron Farber, Meredith Gran, Josh Mirman, and David McGuire. He is also the co-creator of the web animation series and comedy hip-hop duo nockFORCE, rapping under the stage name 'effnocka' along with audio specialist Jim Gisriel. He also served as a storyboard supervisor and revisionist for Adventure Time and storyboard artist for Secret Mountain Fort Awesome. His first job in the business was on The Venture Bros.. He supplies the voice of Wallow in Bravest Warriors and was the supervising director and co-developer of the Cartoon Network series Steven Universe. In 2013, Jones-Quartey's short Lakewood Plaza Turbo aired on Cartoon Network. It was the pilot for a potential show which has been pitched to Cartoon Network Studios for its shorts development program. The short has been retooled as a mobile game entitled OK K.O.! Lakewood Plaza Turbo, which was released on Cartoon Network's Anything app in February 2016. The show was greenlit as a new regular programming on March 2017, and OK K.O.! Let's Be Heroes premiered on Cartoon Network on August 1.

Lois June Ramsey (18 June 1922 - 27 January, 2016) was an Australian actress, best known for her regular roles on television series The Box and Prisoner. She often played quirky, eccentric old ladies on television soap operas. Ramsey, along with other creatives, set up the Flinders Street Revue Company in 1961 to present satirical revues, which became a fixture at the Adelaide Fringe Festival. In 1962 Ramsey adapted the novel The Cousin From Fiji by Norman Lindsay into a musical that played at Adelaide's Union Theatre to sold-out crowds. Later in life, Ramsey starred in numerous productions by the Sydney Theatre Company and Melbourne Theatre Company. Ramsey married Cuthbert Ward Ramsey on 25 September 1943. They had two children: writer/director Stephen Ramsey and the late actress Penny Ramsey.

João Lutfi (18 June 1932 – 23 July 2020), known professionally as Sérgio Ricardo, was a Brazilian actor, musician, playwright and filmmaker, better known for being responsible for the soundtrack of Glauber Rocha's "Deus e o Diabo na Terra do Sol" ("Black God, White Devil"). Born in a Lebanese-Brazilian family in Marília, São Paulo, and brother to famed director of photography Dib Lutfi, João got his stage name from TV businessmen who wanted to rebrand him as a leading man with an iconic name during his early gigs as an actor. He's maily associated with the Cinema Novo (Brazilian New Wave) movement, but stayed active until 2018. During the Cinema Novo days, Ricardo directed short film "Menino da Calça Branca" (1961) and "Esse Mundo É Meu" (1963), his feature-length debut. Among other notorious works in his career as a filmmaker is "A Noite do Espantalho", which shows Ricardo's talent as a polymath by mixing filmmaking with folk music and other elements of Brazilian popular culture, such as "cordel" literature. Ricardo moved to the Vidigal slum, in Rio de Janeiro, by choice in the 1970s, where he lived until his death in 2020. "Bandeira de Retalhos" (2018), his last film, was adapted by a theatre play also written by him and chronicles the life in 1970s Vidigal.
