Michel Auclair (born Vladimir Vujović; 14 September 1922 – 7 January 1988) was an actor of Serbian and French ancestry, known best for his roles in French cinema. Auclair was born to a Serbian father (born in Požarevac, Serbia) and a French mother in Koblenz. His father was Vojislav Vujović, prominent Yugoslav Communist and secretary of the Communist Youth International. Auclair moved to Paris when he was three years old. He entered medical school but then studied acting at the CNSAD in Paris. While a major French star, he only had two English-language roles: as Professor Flostre in the 1957 musical Funny Face with Audrey Hepburn and Fred Astaire, and as a French police investigator in Day of the Jackal (1973) with Edward Fox. Robert Florey (14 September 1900 – 16 May 1979) was a French-American director, screenwriter, film journalist and actor. Born as Robert Fuchs in Paris, he became an orphan at an early age and was then raised in Switzerland. In 1920 he worked at first as a film journalist, then as an assistant and extra in featurettes from Louis Feuillade. Florey moved to the United States in 1921.

Narimiya Hiroki, born Narimiya Hiroshige, is a Japanese actor and model. His parents divorced when he was young, and in his 3rd year of junior high school, his mother died, and he and his brother were raised by his grandmother. He had made a promise to his mother to become serious about acting and soon dropped out of school to pursue his career. He soon debuted in 2000 in the play "Horobikaketa Jinrui, Sono Ai no Honshitsu to wa (Perishing Humankind, What is the Essence of Its Love?)". Hiroki was chosen for the part of Kane out of the 3000 actors who auditioned. In February 2001, he made his movie debut in "Oboreru Sakana". In 2002, he appeared as Noda in the television drama, "Gokusen". With his life-sized performance in this role, Hiroki won both serious acclaim and popularity. In 2003, he performed in his first-period film, "Azumi", which became a box office hit and allowed Hiroki to display his swordplay skills from daily training. On December 2, 2016, Narimiya announced retirement from the entertainment industry following allegations of illicit drug use. The drug allegations were never confirmed, but Hiroki insisted on retiring. He is currently devoting himself to other personal artistic projects, but not in the field of acting. From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Pietro Germi (14 September 1914, Genoa - 5 December 1974) was an Italian actor, screenwriter, and director. Germi was born in Genoa, Liguria, to a lower-middle class family. He was a messenger and briefly attended nautical school before deciding on a career in acting. He studied acting and directing at Rome's Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia. During his time in school, Germi supported himself by working as an extra, bit actor, assistant director, and, on occasion, writer. Germi made his directorial debut in 1945 with the film Il testimone. His early work, this film included, were very much in the Italian Neorealist style; many were social dramas that dealt with contemporary issues pertaining to people of Sicilian heritage. Through the years, Germi shifted away from social drama towards satirical comedies, but retained his loved element of the Sicilian people. In the 1960s, Germi received worldwide success with the films Divorce, Italian Style, Seduced and Abandoned, and Signore e Signori. The latter is better known in the English-speaking world as The Birds the Bees and the Italians. He was nominated for Academy Awards in both directing and writing for Divorce, Italian Style, and, subsequently, won in the writing category. He also won the Grand Prize at the Cannes Film Festival for Signore e signori. Germi collaborated on the scripts for all the films he directed and appeared as an actor in a few of them. He died in Rome of hepatitis on 5 December 1974.
