This film is the third in the B.D. series and presents two cases solved by the Various Incidents Brigade (abbreviated B.D.) of a militia section in communist Romania: the discovery and destruction of a drug gang transporting narcotics across the RSR and the arrest of a foreign criminal, originally from Romania, who wanted to organize a large-scale network of theft and export of icons across the border.
