She had supporting roles in the miniseries Devs (2020) and Mare of Easttown (2021), and a starring role in the fantasy film The Craft: Legacy (2020). In 2023, Spaeny portrayed Priscilla Presley in the biopic Priscilla (2023), which earned her the Volpi Cup for Best Actress and a Golden Globe Award nomination for the Best Actress in a Motion Picture – Drama. She is a cousin of actress Radha Mitchell. Mitchell finished in the top one-percent of her graduating year, with an International Baccalaureate diploma.
